Garment Rail Bars & Trolleys

Our garment rails are designed for the carrying of garments on standard clothing hangers in vehicles fitted with internal tracks. In addition to the standard 25mm round end fittings we can also supply a variety of alternative end fittings suitable for 40x40 cups, e-type tracks, vertical sliding, oval panel and keyhole track/panel. A trap bar is a useful addition for the security of lighter garments to prevent dislodgement of the products during transit and a sprung loaded end enables easy installation. 

Heavy duty garment rail trolleys also know as clothes trolleys or simply garment trolleys have a 350kg load capacity, available in 3 different colours including yellow, blue and red. There are times when it is necessary to move multiple garments all at once and when doing so, you need to be sure you are protecting both goods and people. Trying to carry too many garments can put an undue strain on the back and can be difficult to manage. Items can fall or get caught in transfer causing a safety risk. Our heavy duty garment trolleys are designed to make the transfer of multiple items easier and safer in the workplace.

Our heavy duty garment rail trolleys are fitted with two fixed and two swivel castors which move in multiple directions allowing you to rotate and manoeuvre even in tight spaces. Each garment trolley is fully nestable when not in use making them an ideal space saving option within retail, leisure, commercial laundry, warehouse and transport environments. An adjustable mid height rail allows for different size garments to be hung on the trolley when required.
