RETURNS AND REFUND
The following information details our returns and refund policy for products delivered from Titan Load Restraints (UK) Ltd shop website.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) chosen or you have purchased the wrong item(s) you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt excluding custom-made bespoke item(s) which are partially exempt in line with -The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. An exchange or refund will be offered providing the product(s) are returned complete and in unused perfect condition with the original packaging. If items are returned for these reasons you are responsible for paying the return shipment costs.
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defects MUST be made within 30 days of the product(s) being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any partial refund, full refund or exchange of product(s).
Depending on the item(s) ordered will determine the specific returns address - Please contact us to confirm the correct returns address.
Any returns MUST be accompanied with proof of purchase documentation, for a full refund (including any applicable carriage charges). Any product(s) MUST be returned within 7 days of the refund request being made.
If any products have been damaged in transit and the damage is apparent upon delivery, you MUST sign the delivery note stating that the Goods have been damaged. In order to return damaged Goods, please contact us within 14 days to arrange collection and return. We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. You will have the option to have the Goods replaced or to receive a refund – replacements will be issued upon return of the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued up to 30 calendar days after receipt of returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.
Products No Longer Required
In the event that you wish to return an item(s) purchased from Titan Load Restraints (UK) Ltd that is no longer required, we will provide you with a refund, excluding any delivery charges (unless you cancel before the order has been dispatched for delivery) and provided we are advised of the proposed return with 30 days of the product(s) being delivered. If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the purchaser decides that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to Titan Load Restraints (UK) Ltd within 14 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if the packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new without any additional work on the part of Titan Load Restraints (UK) Ltd. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if the Goods are returned for this reason.
A request for refund once accepted will be made to the account used to purchase the product(s) and processed within 30 days.
