1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of any goods or services from Titan Load Restraints (UK) Ltd.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase any goods.

3. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” – Titan Load Restraints (UK) Ltd
  • “Buyer”, “Customer”, “you” – any person or business purchasing goods
  • “Goods” – all products supplied by us
  • “Website” – all websites operated by the Company


4. Business Customers

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all transactions are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of business.


5. Trade Accounts

We may, at our sole discretion, offer trade credit accounts.

  • Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date, unless agreed otherwise
  • Late payments will incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
  • We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice.


6. Pricing and Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Images are for illustration purposes only
  • Specifications and colours may vary
  • Prices may be changed without notice
  • In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend any order

All prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery and additional charges are stated separately where relevant.


7. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase
  • A contract is formed only when we:
    • dispatch the goods, or
    • confirm acceptance in writing

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.


8. Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless a trade account is in place.

We accept payment by:

  • Debit/Credit Card
  • BACS Transfer
  • Other methods stated on the website

We may carry out identity and fraud prevention checks.


9. Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates only
  • We are not liable for delays outside our control

“Free delivery” applies only where orders are completed and not returned.


10. Inspection and Acceptance

The Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

  • Any shortages, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours
  • Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance.


11. Returns and Refunds (Business Customers)

No goods may be returned without our prior written authorisation. Any request for return must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Where we agree (at our sole and absolute discretion) to accept the return of goods:

  • Goods must be returned in strictly brand new, unused, undamaged condition, complete with all original packaging and in a fully resalable state
  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned goods prior to accepting any return or issuing any refund
  • The Buyer shall be responsible for all return costs, including carriage, insurance, and risk of loss in transit
  • restocking and handling charge may be applied at our discretion

Refunds (if approved) will:

  • Be limited strictly to the invoice value of the goods only
  • Exclude all delivery, carriage, packaging, and associated costs, including where goods were originally supplied on a “free delivery” basis (in which case the actual delivery cost incurred by us will be deducted)
  • Be subject to deduction for any loss in value, damage, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess the goods

We reserve the right to refuse any return or reduce any refund where goods are not returned in full compliance with these conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • Goods that have been used, installed, assembled, modified, or otherwise altered after delivery are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Goods supplied to customer specification, bespoke, or made-to-order are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances
  • No refunds shall be payable for goods returned without prior written approval

Nothing in this clause shall oblige us to accept returns or provide refunds except where required by law.


12. Faulty Goods and Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

We may, at our discretion:

  • repair
  • replace
  • refund

This warranty excludes:

  • misuse or negligence
  • incorrect installation
  • fair wear and tear
  • unauthorised modification


13. Title and Risk

  • Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery
  • Ownership remains with us until full payment is received

We reserve the right to recover goods where payment is overdue.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss
  • loss of profit, business, or contracts
  • delays beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

Nothing excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation


15. Website Use

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may suspend or withdraw it without notice.

Use of the website is at your own risk.


16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.


17. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party websites linked from our site.


18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.


19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in force
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement
  • No third party shall have rights under these Terms.
