Warranty & Returns
All trolleys include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
Unused standard products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Custom-made or bespoke products are exempt from cancellation rights where applicable.
Returned items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
