Heavy Duty Round Steel Spring Loaded Shoring Pole Bar – Adjustable 2.5m to 2.9m

This heavy duty round steel spring loaded shoring pole is designed for secure and reliable load restraint in commercial vehicles, trailers and HGV bodies fitted with anchor track. Manufactured from robust steel, it provides dependable performance for professional transport and logistics applications.

The bar features an adjustable working length from 2500mm to 2900mm, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicle bodies. It can be used both vertically and horizontally, offering flexible load-securing options for partitioning loads or preventing movement during transit.

Constructed from a 44mm diameter steel tube, the bar offers enhanced strength and rigidity and is too wide to accept a standard coat hanger (please see garment bars if hanging clothes is required). Sprung loaded ends provide 50mm of compression, allowing quick installation while maintaining consistent pressure against the vehicle body.

The bar is fitted with end pegs compatible with 25mm round hole anchor track, ensuring secure engagement and reliable load containment. It has an ultimate load capacity of 460kg, evenly distributed across the bar before bending. Please note that actual load performance depends on the strength and installation of the anchor track, as well as the construction and rigidity of the vehicle body.

IMPORTANT Measurement Information

Please measure the track face to track face distance before purchase. This distance must be within the adjustable range of 2.5m to 2.9m to ensure correct fitment and safe operation of the bar.

Simple Length Adjustment

A series of holes run along the length of the bar to allow precise adjustment. Remove the split pin by gently tapping it out using a hammer and screwdriver or hole punch, adjust the bar to the required length, then securely reinsert the split pin.
